Dollar Tree Classroom Decor Finds

Who doesn’t want to minimize back to school classroom spending while maximizing the “wow” factor making your classroom a welcoming space for both you and your students? I have found so many great items at Dollar Tree that can be used to make your classroom a cozy spot! I thought I would share a few of those finds with you.

Decor Finds!

Dollar Tree baskets are an inexpensive way to add storage to your classroom.

Dollar Tree has so many classroom storage baskets and options. It is hard to beat $1.25 each to organize your classroom. They also have many color options that would go with just about any classroom decor theme.

Dollar Tree frames to display posters or student work in your classroom.

Frames, frames, and frames… so many sizes and colors. And if they don’t have a color that goes with your color scheme, a can of spray paint can take care of that! I like to use frames to display posters (you can take out the glass to make them super safe if they are within student reach) and to also feature student of the week, exceptional student work, classroom rules, etc.

Faux flowers are such great way to brighten your classroom. While I love fresh flowers, they can get expensive and don’t last long. You can add a few bunches of flowers to your classroom and it will immediately bring some cheer! I love to change flowers with the seasons, think sunflowers and mums in the fall, poinsettias in the winter, and tulips and daffodils in the spring. While you can pick up faux flowers at lots of places, Dollar Tree will offer you the biggest bang for your buck!

Dollar Tree also has loads of other decor items, it is likely that you will find something to go in your classroom. If you have a store near you, it would definitely be worth your time to check it out!
